1. At Orient ELD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

2. Return Policy

• Eligibility:

  • We only accept returns on devices that have never been used. If the device has been connected and used for 1 day or more, no returns are accepted.

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain products, such as perishable goods, custom-made items, and digital downloads, are not eligible for return. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

• Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orienteld1@gmail.com and +1 (929) 822 71 67 with your order details.

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

• Eligibility:

  • Refunds are available for items returned within the return period and meeting the return criteria. No partial refunds are granted.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions.

• Non-Refundable Items:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

• Eligibility:

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at orienteld1@gmail.com and +1 (929) 822 71 67

5. Cancellations

• Eligibility:

  • Orders can be canceled if the cancellation request is sent within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed, and a return request will be required.

Regular Shipping (2-3 Days): Included with the purchase of both a device and a cable together. Total: $150.

Separate Purchases:

• If you purchase a cable or device separately, an additional $20 shipping fee applies.

Overnight Shipping:

• Available for an additional $70.

• Orders placed after 4pm pacific time will be processed next Business Day.

• Overnight orders to be processed the same day have to be submitted before 2pm pacific time.

• Orders placed Friday after 4pm pacific time, Saturday, Sunday or any Holiday, will be shipped  Monday(or next Business Day).
